MANUAL STUDY

Following the rules of what represents the excellence of “Made in Italy”, our handles and

accessories, are born from a pencil line that draws the best ideas of our great designer

team, which are part of our development and planning department.

TECNICAL PLANNING

Once the sketches are approved, they are turned in to a computerized three-dimensional

drawing to defi ne all technical, structural and design parameters.

PROTOTYPE

The following phase is dedicated to the realisation of a prototype which has to pass several

tests in order to verify that all values and dimensions are corresponding to the project

parameters.

MOULDING

The fi rst important step of the production chain is to make the mould of the item that we

want to produce. The mould construction requires time and care as with it, we melt the

material that gives life to our handle or accessories.

ASSEMBLY AND QUALITY CONTROL

After being assembled by our technician, our Pull Open items are tested and controlled one

by one before to be forwarded to our clients.
